An evening celebrating choreographies born during lockdown was presented by the prestigious NCPA ,Mumbai  under CATALYSTon July 21’2022 , with Kuchipudi by Parvathy Menon, Odissi by Mitali Varadkar & Shreya Sabharwal and Kathak by Sanjukta Sinha & troupe

The national lockdown had worked as a catalyst that had ‘sown seeds of new knowledge and forced artistes to start thinking out of the box to create work never thought of before’  .

The evening showcased live performances by artists who had redesigned a choreography that was originally shot in their individual spaces.

The   evening commenced with the solo Kuchipudi performance by Parvathy Menon,   whom  Ms SwapnokalpaDasgupta  – Programme Head – Dance NCPA ,  introduced as the ‘Bahu of Mumbai ‘ as she is the daughter -in-law of the celebrated & renowned Exponent, Mentor, Choreographer, Curator Kalashri Dr Lata Surendra.

Parvathy Menon

Parvathy Menon,  is one among  the senior disciples of the renowned Guru Kalamandalam Mohana Thulasi and veteran A.B. Bala Kondala Rao. She presented Jyothirgamaya – Towards light ‘   highlighting the   inner  awakening  vital to transcend the flux of life, through  the persona of Devaki  – Mother of Lord Krishna  .  The four walls of her prison – Karagriha,   akin to each human heart suffocating within four walls during the lockdown  and threatened by   the COVID Virus-  as insensitive as the negativity incarnate in the form of ‘Kamsa..  The fleeting  vision covering his entire life ,  accorded unto  Devaki  and Vasudeva by  Lord Krishna,  from his leelas at Gokul to the battle field at kurukshetra,   highlighted the vital  message   to all mankind  to  anchor in the merciful Lord, with that faith  vital to transcend every waiting trial in a causal world. Endowed with a very expressive countenance, the graceful dancer Parvathy, mirrored the anxiety of Mother Devaki as she gives birth. Her wide eyes reflected Devaki’s disbelief   and dismay, as the Lord   accorded the fleeting vision of what his  life would gather at Gokulam  ! The dancer skillfully used the charanam  Chinni Krishna rara nanu palimpa of the  Attana varnam in  Adi tala. by Composer: Turaiyur Rajagopala Sharma and highlighted the transitions in Krishna’s life effectively. One only wished that she had balanced the nritta aspect strategically so as not to have it break the flowing sequence   towards the dramatic climax   that she was creating.  Instead of the otherwise still and movement sequences that the vocalist and dancer resorts to, in a live kuchipudi performance, she could have worked out the dramatic climax with the energized aesthetics of Kuchipudi, having   nritta and nrittya bringing to life the battle scene  of Kurukshetra, with the dramatic vision of the divine opulence accorded by the Lord unto Arjuna , etched and reflected in Devaki’s eyes. The heart of a Mother  who gathers her child with a mixed anxiety of all that is to follow and  her  very  motherhood that embraced its effulgence !  The segment set the prelude to the duet sheathed in Odissi by disciples of renowned Guru Shubhada Varadkar

Mitali  Varadkar & Shreya Sabharwal

The two talented disciples of renowned Odissi Exponent and Guru Shub hada Varadkar – Mitali  Varadkar & Shreya Sabharwal   began their segment  with  Ram bhajan –  _Ran jiti ram rahu aaye_Ram bhajan from Tulsi Ramayan. followed by the pure dance through the  Jhinjhoti pallavi and concluded with the  beautiful composition  by seer composer Adi Shankara  -Shive shrungara_ with Mahishasurmardini , The choreography  of all pieces was by  their mentor, Smt Shubhada Varadkar.The movements were well co- ordinated and synchronized . However one   wished   that the young dancers paid more attention to the beautiful aspects of the dance form with more oneness and sensitivity .The nritta  aspect of Odissi   is a visual poetry with  with  arcs, lines of arms,  graceful tilting of shoulders and one longed for a deeper  visual impact through the obvious talent within them  !

Endearing as they were, in their breathless highlighting of each item inculcated during the lock down, one sincerely  wished that they also cultivated the art of controlled breathing as they held sensitive mikes  in their hands and sought to share the experience of imbibing each item  iduring the two year trial of the lockdown!,   . Small connects make a performance memorable else one remembers all that is not dance.  Youngsters should also become aware of an aesthetics that highlights a poise in every movement of a dancer on stage,   to have them emerge as artistic practitioners of their styles.

Sanjukta Sinha  dance Company

The finale was truly the  befitting  climax of the evening   by.Sanjukta Sinha  dance Company . Sanjukta is among those Indian Dancers, who through the synergy of the classical with modern vocabulary have been impacting not only Indian but the International audience as well. The thought given to every aspect of the presentation was quite evident in its defining professionalism.   The meticulously choreographed light designing   had the space transform to the energized defining of Mahadeo or caress the longing within the jeeva for Krishna or draw attention to the silence and sound  threading every dancing feet , leading to the climax with  the final discarding of the material by the jeeva for the  surrender that is bliss in the conluding piece.

The performance was marked by the practised co- ordination between dancers with  the  ongoing climax  in every piece until the silence that marked the last piece- where even gingroos were abandoned,  highlighted the  blissful potent  aesthetics of dance – the consummate oneness of the body that is dust transforming to energised dust .that is light  !

Sometimes in the overt concentration on the aim to impress, as is happening in the dance scenario  all around and drawing attention to the personality executing it, one’s soul  feels the need to be stirred, to be moved to be overwhelmed by what is sought to be expressed than what is created  to impress !    Nevertheless the evening was a memorable one that had one gather  the sincere commitment in young and serious practitioners  a pristine foil to the more  professional approach.

The post – performance discussion was  one can say the cherry on the cake with the renowned & celebrated  Bharata Natyam- Guru, Exponent , Choreographer ,Curator  Kalashri Dr Lata Surendra    taking on the stage  with a directed discussion on the impact of covid on dance and dancers . With her inimitable, intimate style she led the discussion through  humour , life quotes , her experience  lauding the spirit of humanity which as she put it could  be ‘destroyed  but never defeated !

निर्देशक एस प्यारेलाल ने बताया कि आज निर्माता मुकुंद महाले की दो फिल्मों का ट्रेलर लांच हुआ। एक फ़िल्म का नाम है “गेम ऑफ लाइफ” और दूसरी फिल्म का नाम है “6 AM टू 6 PM”. दोनों फिल्मों के निर्माता मुकुंद महाले और निर्देशक एस प्यारेलाल हैं। दोनों फिल्मों को रिलीज कर रही है ऐरी क्रिएशन, जिसकी ओनर महिमा शर्मा हैं। गेम ऑफ लाइफ के कलाकार हैं राज गोहिल, चांदनी खान।

आपको बता दें कि जागृति एंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले बनी हिंदी फिल्म “गेम ऑफ लाइफ” और  “6 AM टू 6 PM” जल्द ही रिलीज की जाने वाली है। फ़िल्म के लेखक और निर्माता मुकुंद ए महाले ने फ़िल्म के ट्रेलर लांच के दौरान मुम्बई में मीडिया से बात करते हुए बताया कि गेम ऑफ लाइफ एक सस्पेन्स थ्रिलर सिनेमा है जिसमे एक सन्देश भी है। आज युवा पीढ़ी शार्ट कट के रास्ते चलकर जल्दी पैसा कमाना चाहती है जिसकी वजह से वह अपनी जिंदगी को मुश्किलों में डाल लेते हैं। इस फ़िल्म की कहानी इसी वन लाइनर के इर्दगिर्द घूमती है। मैंने इसकी स्क्रिप्ट काफी मेहनत से लिखी है जो दर्शकों को अवश्य पसन्द आएगी।

फ़िल्म के डायरेक्टर एस प्यारेलाल ने बताया कि जिंदगी को कुछ लोग जुआ समझते हैं, इस फ़िल्म की कहानी इसी बात को दर्शाती है इसलिए इसका टाइटल भी गेम ऑफ लाइफ है। इस फ़िल्म की शुटिंग बेहतरीन लोकेशन्स पर की गई है जो ऑडिएंस के लिए एक सरप्राइज पैकेज होगा।

फ़िल्म में राज गोहिल राज का किरदार कर रहे हैं जबकि चांदनी हीरोइन हैं। उन्होंने डायरेक्टर एस प्यारेलाल और प्रोड्यूसर मुकुंद महाले का शुक्रिया अदा किया जिन्होंने उन्हें लीड एक्ट्रेस का खूबसूरत रोल दिया।

राज गोहिल ने बताया कि उन्होंने इस फ़िल्म में अपने किरदार की तैयारी के लिए काफी मेहनत की ताकि दर्शकों को यह कैरेक्टर रियल लगे। चांदनी ने इस फ़िल्म में गजब की परफॉर्मेंस पेश की है।

Dancing is considered to be an excellent balance of physical strength and expressing creativity through music and rhythm. Be it in any languages, everyone in the audience loves a super-dancer. Take a look at the recently released glorious southern films which is steamrolling the Hindi film industry, with not only their content but also their songs and the variety in dances. It’s noted that sometimes the popularity has been overwhelmingly favoured the exponents of the arts.

Talking about this art brings to the fore a budding dancing talent. The best thing about Yugal Trivedi is that he’s not derivative. He’s his own person who gradually unravels layers of nuance. Despite his pedigree, he’s as humble as it comes and yearning to claim a piece of sky. 

There was a time when many trained dancers considered doing reality shows with professionals and amateurs showcasing their talents. This season too, many celebrity dance reality shows are gearing up to telecast on various channels. It may also be recalled that Yugal Trivedi too featured as a dancer with Hrithik Roshan in finale of “Just Dance” and with judges of “India’s Got Talent” in 2011.

When it comes to dancing, Yugal Trivedi has proved his mettle by adapting and devising certain versions. He has the ability of exploring innovative styles in Bollywood, freestyle, hip-hop, popping-locking, folk, contemporary, afro-jazz, etc. His performance mostly as the lead dancer is with aplomb; be it films, ads for multiple brands, celebrity world tours; he holds on his own in the shows rubbing shoulders at par with various phenomenal personalities. Yugal had also been a part of various celebrity world tours which has garnered some international recognition.

The Marwari Brahmin lad who was brought up in a joint family of around 15-16 people living under one roof in a chawl situated in Malad (Mumbai) is understandably on a high…. “It’s been amazing that being a total outsider, a guy from nowhere, striking it big in Bollywood. It is just like living my dream life – a guy from a middle-class family with no filmy background just started getting paid for it professionally. We are two brothers and I am the eldest in the family. As I recollect that from the time I did many gully dance musical events in my locality when I was just around 12-years of age. It was followed by a Hollywood fusion dance on Spice Girls on stage for the annual day function when I was in the 8^th standard. I loved dancing from my very tender age mostly on Bollywood songs of Kishore Kumar, Shammi Kapoor and Dev Anand including hit Western numbers. I began my filmy journey when I was just 19 for a show with actress Varsha Usgaonkar in Bhilwara (Rajasthan. I was also instrumental in a dance number with Pakhi and John Abraham in “Jhootha Hi Sahi”. Then again I was the lead performer dancer in Pooja Batra’s award show. Thus, you see it’s a culmination of all by assisting and toiling hard with renowned choreographers for years, I have perfected my dancing skills,” reveals Yugal Trivedi.

Yugal Trivedi has been in the profession of dancing for around two decades.  He began his guidance with a professional choreographer ever since he was a teenager for four years. He had assisted prominent choreographers like Kamalnath master, Longie Fernandes, Rajiv Goswami, Jojo Khan, Raju Nagpal, Shabana, Rajeev Goswami, Richard Burton amongst others in movies, music albums and shows. He has worked with eminent choreographers like Prabhu Deva, Ganesh Hegde, Farah Khan, Ahmed Khan, Bosco-Caesar, Ganesh Acharya, Remo D’Souza, Terrence Lewis, Longie Fernandes. He had even individually given personal dancing training and tips to aspiring models, actors from films and television. He also found himself seated in the pedestal by choreographing songs for music albums and films in his unique style.

Sanghvi College, Children’s Academy (Malad, Kandivali), HVB Global Academy (IB), Sharda Gyan Pith International School (Malad), Dr. Radhakrishnan School, Hansraj Morarji School, Don Bosco School (Mira Road), Holy Cross School (Bhayandar), St. Mount Mary School (Malay West). 

He choreographed for major events of Thakur College for inter college events like Umang, Mood Indigo (1^st place in 2007), Malhar, Kiran, Enigma, etc. and was associated with the same for consecutive 3 years.          The other institution was Bhagubai college for Umang and DJ Sanghvi College festival.

He’s now almost 40 plus and will be turning 41 this September 7.  Throughout his professional journey he has been walking in and out with the A-listers. The future looks bright for him.  He is also looking forward to working on exciting projects across various mediums in the near future. “I’m super proud of the work I’ve done so far and thankful to my mentors who have given me these opportunities to excel. I may have failed somewhere constantly, but it’s been an insightful joyride. But now I guess the new chapter of my real journey has once again started with a few good assignments. I know I can dance and that I know I can have a great aesthetic. The future looks bright and I am positively hoping that anything can happen,” he chirps brightly before signing off.

पढ़ेगा इंडिया, तभी तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया यानि भारत का तभी विकसित होगा, जब भारत अध्ययन करेगा! इस मुहिम का नेतृत्व करते हुए युवा समाज सेविका शिक्षा शर्मा ने बाबा बर्बरीक की स्थापना  किया है। जिसके माध्यम से वे हर जरूरतमंद लोगों की मदद के लिए आगे कदम बढ़ाया है। उन्होंने समाजसेवा का कार्य मुजफ्फरपुर, बिहार से शुरू किया और अब बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश और मुंबई में भी जरूरतमंद लोगों की सहायता करने एवं जीवनोपयोगी आवश्यक सामग्री पहुंचाने का कार्य पूरे लगन से कर रही हैं। वे जहाँ भी जाती हैं, वहाँ-वहाँ उनकी नजर जरूरतमंदों को  खोजती रहती है। उनका उद्देश्य है कि बाबा बर्बरीक फाउंडेशन संस्था से हर जरूरतमंद की जरूरत हमेशा पूरी होती रहे।

हाल ही में युवा समाज सेविका शिक्षा शर्मा ने अपने बाबा बर्बरीक फाउंडेशन के तहत मुंबई के झुग्गी बस्तियों के बच्चों को नोटबुक, पेन आदि शिक्षण सामग्री वितरित किया। साथ ही उन्होंने बच्चों को चॉकलेट और कुछ चीजें भी बांटा है। हमेशा समाज सेवा कार्य में बढ़ चढ़कर हिस्सा लेने वाली शिक्षा शर्मा साक्षरता पर विशेष ध्यान देती हैं। वे चाहती हैं कि निम्न वर्ग व गरीब लोगों के भी बच्चे अच्छी शिक्षा हासिल करें और साक्षर बनें।

बाबा बर्बरीक फाउंडेशन की संस्थापक शिक्षा शर्मा ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री की ओर से चलाए जा रहे “पढ़ेगा इंडिया, तभी तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया” मुहिम के तहत हम बच्चों को स्कूल से जोड़ने का काम कर रहे हैं। बच्चे स्कूल जाएंगे तो उन्हें स्टडी मटेरियल की जरूरत पड़ेगी, इसलिए हमारे संगठन की ओर से सबसे पहली पहल उन्हें स्टेशनरी देने की थी। जब हर एक बच्चे को शिक्षा देना अति आवश्यक है। कोई निरक्षर न रहे।

गौरतलब है कि बिहार के मुजफ्फरपुर में जन्मी और पली-बढ़ी शिक्षा शर्मा को बचपन से ही लोगों की मदद करने का शौक रहा है। वे हमेशा सामाजिक कार्यों और जरूरतमंद लोगों मदद करती रही हैं। समाज सेवा में हमेशा तत्पर शिक्षा शर्मा को पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी के हाथों इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया है। वृक्षारोपण, स्लम साक्षरता कार्यक्रम, स्वच्छता अभियान, रक्तदान, अंगदान जागरूकता आदि कार्यों में शिक्षा शर्मा का योगदान सराहनीय है। रोटरेक्ट, संस्कार भारती, नवसचेतन, अभ्युदय एक संकल्प आदि संगठन के साथ जुड़कर उन्होंने बहुत सराहनीय सामाजिक कार्य किया है। लगातार सामाजिक कार्यों एवं जरुरतमंदों की सहायता में योगदान दे रहीं शिक्षा शर्मा शादी के बाद मुजफ्फरपुर से मुंबई चली आईं और अपना खुद का संगठन बाबा बर्बरीक फाउंडेशन शुरू किया, जिसके सदस्य राहुल शर्मा, अनीता शर्मा, स्वाति शर्मा, प्रदीप कुमार शर्मा हैं। शिक्षा शर्मा इस संस्था के तहत  अधिक से अधिक कार्य करना चाहती हैं। बाबा बर्बरीक फाउंडेशन संस्था द्वारा मुंबई से लेकर उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार में समान रूप से सामाजिक कार्य किया जा रहा है।

सिनेमा जगत में नई ताजगी का एहसास कराने आ रही है हिन्दी फिल्म रिक्वेस्ट फ्रॉम डेविल, जिसका फर्स्ट लुक ईद पर आउट किया गया। बहुप्रतीक्षित फिल्म रिक्वेस्ट फ्रॉम डेविल यह फर्स्ट लुक सोशल मीडिया में काफी वायरल हो गया है। कई फिल्मों का कुशल निर्देशन कर चुके फिल्म निर्देशक जावेद हाशमी ने एक बेहतरीन फिल्म की मेकिंग किया है।

बीआरएस फिल्म्स इंटरटेनमेंट प्रजेंट्स बलराम विश्वकर्मा के सौजन्य से फिल्म निर्माता राधेश्याम गौड़ व आरपी फिल्म्स विजन द्वारा निर्मित की गई हिंदी फिल्म “रिक्वेस्ट फ्रॉम डेविल” की शूटिंग भव्य पैमाने पर की गई है। लांच किया गया इस फिल्म का पहला पोस्टर रोमांटिक है। यह फिल्म सस्पेंस, थ्रिलर, ड्रामा, रोमांस और रोमांच से भरपूर है।

फिल्म के निर्माता राधेश्याम गौड़ से बातचीत में पता चला है कि यह एक अलग ही यूनिक स्टोरी वाली फ़िल्म है। जिसके हर एक सीन में रोमांच और सस्पेंस है, मगर डरावनी नहीं है बल्कि ऑडियंस का फुल एंटेरटेनमेन्ट करने वाली है यह फिल्म। हमें फिल्म निर्देशक जावेद हाशमी पर पूरा भरोसा था और उन्होंने सभी कलाकारों से उम्दा अभिनय करवाकर बहुत ही अच्छी फ़िल्म बनाई है।

आज ( Juhu) होटल मुंबई में प्रेस वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए अयोध्या कि रामलीला कमेटी के फाउंडर अध्यक्ष सुभाष मलिक (बॉबी) जी ने बोला कि मुझे बड़ी खुशी है अयोध्या कि रामलीला सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड रही हैं। और भगवान श्री राम के आशिर्वाद से अयोध्या कि रामलीला विश्व की सबसे बड़ी रामलीला है। भगवान श्री राम के भक्तो ने इसे विश्व की सबसे बड़ी रामलीला बनाया है। अयोध्या कि रामलीला में सबसे बड़ा सहयोग उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी के सहयोग से हो पाया है। और उनका सहयोग,आशिर्वाद हमारे पर रहता है,हम बड़े भाग्यशाली है, और अयोध्या कि रामलीला इस वर्ष अपने पिछले सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड देगी , साल 2020 में सोलह करोड़ से ज्यादा भगवान राम भक्तो ने इसे देखा था।

2021 मे बाईस करोड़ से ज्यादा राम भक्तो ने देखा था। इस बार हमे पुरी उम्मीद है, भगवान श्री राम के आशिर्वाद से अयोध्या कि रामलीला पिछले सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड देगी। इस मौके पर अयोध्या कि रामलीला कमेटी के क्रिएटिव डायरेक्टर जनरल सेक्रेटरी सुभम मालिक ने बोला की अयोध्या कि रामलीला में इस बार 1600 फुट का LED सेट तैयार हो रहा हैं।और बॉलीवुड की  कई महान हस्तियां अयोध्या कि रामलीला में काम कर रही हैं।

अयोध्या कि रामलीला कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सुभाष मालिक ने बताया अयोध्या कि रामलीला का अयोजन दिनांक 25 सितंबर से 5अक्टूबर 2022 तक अयोध्या में हर वर्ष कि तरह लाइव देख पाएंगे। इस वर्ष  अयोध्या कि रामलीला का तीसरा संस्करण होगा। जिसको लाइव दिखाया जाएगा।  शाम 7 से रात 10  बजे तक  दूरदर्शन पर देख पाएंगे। , श्री रवि किशन जी केवट, श्री बिंदुदरसिंह जी हनुमान, श्री गजेंद्र चौहान जी राजा जनक, सुभम मालिक क्रिएटिव डायरेक्टर जनरल सेक्रेटरी, श्री शाहबाज खां जी रावण, श्री राकेश बेदी जी , श्री गुर्फी पटेल जी नारद मुनि, श्री गिरजा शंकर जी दशरथ, कपिल शर्मा शो की बुआ जी उपासना सिंह जी कैकेई,  दीक्षा रैना जी सीता, राहुल बुचड़ राम की भूमिका निभाएंगे।

Press conference of world’s largest Ramlila AYODHYA KI RAMLILA  in Mumbai

‘A Tribute to the Legend SIDHU MOOSEWALA’ is a film by Vikas Bali where singer Sumit Bhalla pays rich tribute to the Punjabi rock star Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, better known by his stage name Sidhu Moosewala who left this world due to an unfortunate incident.

The music video is shot in actual locations where the unfortunate assassination of noted singer Sidhu Moosewala too place. The makers have shot the film ‘A Tribute to the Legend SIDHU MOSSEWALA’ extensively in Punjab’s Moosa Pind and the unit also procured permission to shoot in Sidhu’s home and adjacent areas.

Vaseem Qureshi of Aatma Music spoke his heart out, “The world is aware that Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants on 29 May 2022 and this has cut short the journey of a priceless diamond in Punjab’s music and film industry. It is a great loss to millions of his fans across India and the world over. We at Aatma Music have done our best to keep alive Sidhu Moosewala’s music and this is the least we could have done,” says Vaseem.

“Sidhu Moosewala is probably the greatest Punjabi artist of current generation and I have never seen such an adulation from his fans. He is considered as a key figure in opening the doors for Punjabi artistes into mainstream music,” Ayyub Qureshi of Aatma Music mentioned.

“Composer and Lyricist Bhanu Pandit has come up with such a soul stirring eulogy that is a touching piece of writing that go beyond words for one of the most promising and greatest singer, rapper, songwriter and actor associated with Punjabi music and Punjabi cinema,” says Karan Ramani, the CEO of Aatma Music.

Director Shivamm Sharma, who has credits as director of many Punjabi films, making his Bollywood  debut along with his entire team. His Hindi film titled “Hanky Panky” will be shot in Canada. The Mahurata of film has already been done in Mumbai on Producers Mr Ashwini Taneja is the  propieriter of Epitome Production House based in Mumbai while Punjabi Film Academy is based in Canada. Mahadevi Motion Pictures is under the proprietorship of Mr Sonu Kuntal in association with with Rangala Punjab Motion Pictures.

As unique as the name of the movie, “Hanky Panky” its story is equally different and unique. The  producers of the film are Mr Ashwin Taneja and Sonu Kuntal. Mr Sonu Kuntal has been associated with  many Bollywood films like Mulk, Raid, Paltan, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana.

Director Shivamm Sharma says that “Hanky Panky” will be a different genre of hindi cinema which will  be shot on a large scale. The script has been extensively worked on for months. This is a Hindi film that is  being produced in collaboration with a Canadian production house. The film’s cinematographer is Mr  Vishwanath Prajapati. Music has been composed by Mr Vivian Richard while Mr Ravi Sudda has given  the lyrics. The screenplay and Dilouges are by Shivamm Sharma & VV Sharma. While Shikha Sharma will be doing associate in direction.

सचिन शर्मा ने साल 2012 में डांस इंडिया डांस लिटिल मास्टर्स से शुरुआत की थी। फिर उनका डांस का सफर चला और उन्होंने कभी पीछे मुड़कर नहीं देखा। वह डांस इंडिया डांस के फर्स्ट रनरअप थे, झलक दिखला झा, नच बलिए, किचन चैंपियन, बिग बॉस इंडियाज डांसिंग सुपरस्टार, बूगी वूगी किड्स चैंपियनशिप आदि जैसे कई डांस रियलिटी शो में भी उन्होंने हिस्सा लिया। फिर उन्होंने डांस कम्पटीशन को जज करना शुरू किया। मुंडे मीडिया (पीआर) ने इस बर्थडे पार्टी की बखुबी जिम्मेदारी निभाई।

Dance when presented as an experience is amazing in its ability to draw the viewer through the power of intention and suggestion to  define a theme and bring it to life.   When presented with depth, classical dance becomes the umbilical cord which connects us,  not only  with our inner selves but also the world for which dance should transform to a one to one experience .

The unique festival Thrayam at the NCPA Mumbai, on July2’2022 was an other worldly  experience for all who witnessed t ar the Experimental Theatre.  The  housefull theatre applauded abd  cheered the imaginative  Curator  Kalashri Dr Lata Surendra as she stepped onto the stage to reach out with highlighting   the romance if the number three through seasoned and exemplary artists.

The anticipation of the crowd was obvious  as they listened intently to   her  introduction to an Ode unto the poetry of  Three,  through the bridging metaphor – Dance!  She awakened people to the Tri- particle nature of  all existence as heaven, earth, water and in the human as body, spirit and soul . The two hours that followed was a journey into the very  pulse of three .

Legendary Guru Smt   Vyjayanthi Kashi,  the  reputed kuchipudi exponen and a  celebrated performer and choreographer; the artistic director of a dance school Shambhavi School of Dance ,  explored three through  Triguna . Three attributes of Sathva ,rajasik and tamas  through the mystery that is the woman  .- Sharmishte

Who is she ?  She raised  questions  to explore with purposive intent,   endorsing her  years of experience  steering the way for the   conclusions- “Wise is she who is Sattvik or ,petty is she as Tamasik   or rich  as in, Rajasik”.

There is always an element of spirituality and philosophy that seeps through each production of this consummate artist  that has her dancibg to  express more than  mpress Smt Jhelum Paranjape  renowned Odissi Exponent, Mentor, Choreographer  and founder of Smitalay  presented the flow of  the number three through the   three identities of Narmada.

An artist with a unique vision  and a signature style that  etched Odissi in every movement ,  she  reached out with the eloquence of   three varied aspects of river Narmada.  Jhelum ‘s  independent thought process was reflected in her moving away from the traditional attire  of Odissi  to a unique and  more contemporary  aharya  in white  that gathered the kinesthetics of   her chosen style  beautifully endorsing that the sattvika soars beyond the tangible and visible. In fact  not once  did it  come in the  way of her   exploring of Thrayam.

Kalashri Lata Surendra, who is a  renowned, Bharata Natyam Exponent, Mentor, Choreographer, researcher, writer and also the  Curator &  Produce r o Thrayam   explored three with two pieces   choreographed and conceptualised by herself .  She commenced  with an   exploring of Vasuki -the snake coiled three times around the neck of Lord  Shiva representibg  the three forms of time — past, present and future — that we transit  through. An   Intricately choreographed piece set to Thisra Jathi Dhruva Thalam in 11 aksharas  ,she dedicated it to her Mentor,  the legendary Vidwan Kalaimamani Guru Shri T S Kadirvelu Pillai  in  order to commemorate her six decades of performing career , since her debut in  1962  .   She alsi  defined   the number three – through the effulgent form of Tribhangi Krishna, highlightibg  the truth of Radhamayi Krishna ,  as  kridhna  leaves Vrindavan  to reach out to the true purpose of his Incarnation . The synergy of  Technique  and emotion ; rhythm and bhava flowed through her  vibrant form ,  holding the audience spell bound . Be it the  impact of her feet echoing all around  executing the  dhruva thalam in Thisram  to drape  Vasuki in the symbolically structured  Alarippu  or  l her  heart wrenching portrayal of krishnathmika  Radha   transforming to Trubhangi Krishna,  , technique and emotion merged as a visual poetry  flowing through her  as she  awakened to the true purpose of Krishna’s incarnation  , choking  the hearts of all present .

An imaginative choreographer and an exemplary  Kathak Exponent and Teacher Sanjukta Wagh  explored  Kaali –  the great mother who is an embodiment of time itself her magnificience, her ferocity and her deep love and compassion for all beings Inspired by her grand Guru Madhurita Sarang,, the song was a traditional kathak piece by Mahavirji  rearranged choreographed by Sanjukta Wagh herself  with her  fellow musicians Hitesh Dhutia on the guitars, Vinayak Netke on percussions and Radhika Sood Nayak on Vocals.  Priya Sarukkai Chhabria s  evocative poem on the mother goddess and her symbolism tied up the soul connect and the relationship between the divine and blessed, the poet and muse, the artist and the audience.

An absolutely consummate artist with a vision she truly transformed to the dark energy, the passion, the raw feminine who  was as merciless as merciful.

The absorbing pathways unfolding ,  soon  gathered its climax in the imaginative choreography  of Smt Manisha Jeet   that  defined the journey of the genderless  intangible through three genders.

“सा, तत्,सः The team headed by  Smt Manisha Jeet,   enthralled the audience with the magic of सा-Stree, तत्- Shikhandi & सः- Kal bhairav.  The energised execution of the artists  with beautifully co-ordinated movements   and uttered  vachika  defined the finale with aplomb.  The true climax however was when the spontaneous curator Lata Surendra had all the audience clap to thisra in three layas and changing gatis  as a tribute  to Three.

What a great evening gathering the poetry of the number three,  through the   three elements of Nritta, Nritya and Natya.

In the words of  the curator of  the show  Kalashri Smt Lata Surendra: : ” Post witnessing Thrayam  ,  the number  ‘Three’  would have  transformed to more than a number!  In the tri- particle nature of the universe three would  reign as the perfect number gathering the pulse of the universe through each of its symbolic definitions in the sacred symmetry  that embodies all life  She thanked her sponsors the Union Bank of India and Mahindra Finance fir their support in reaching out with the divinity of three.

Many documentary films have been made on environment and global warming. But writer and director Bharat Shripat Sunanda has made a very commercial and effective short film Future Fight on this serious subject. He says that we are fighting for the future. Man has made a huge poison for the world called plastic. Drinking water is getting exhausted due to most of its use. According to scientists, water from the sea is not able to go towards the sky because the layers of plastic are getting sunk down. So it rains less now. We are waiting for new technologies like 5G and 8G, but on the other hand the basic thing water is disappearing from the world. Could you believe that today the drinking water in the whole world is only 2.5 percent.

When this film was presented in front of the UAE government officials and at the Future Museum in Dubai, the Sheikh was surprised and said that we are making plans for the future here and did not even think that there is such a serious issue going on in the world. and the world is on the verge of extinction.

Writer and director Bharat Shripat Sunanda says, “To bring this documentary film to a large audience, we cast Canadian actress Ghada Lazmi, renowned actor Ravi Bhatia, and shot it like a feature film. In this film we have shown that people are fighting for water, they have to kill each other for water.

It doesn’t rain in Dubai, the cost of getting artificial rain once is $100 billion. If we do not completely stop the use of plastic now, then by 2050 one liter of drinking water will cost Rs 870. In 2065, our world will be seen in gray color from the sky.

This film was made during the lock down.  Shot with a good camera with the best actors, and the post production of the film has been done well. An effective message has been given in the climax of the 12-minute film. It will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival, Scotland, and Colombia’s festivals. It will also be screened in countries where people have struggled and endured a lot for water.

The director of the film says that every year 11 billion trees are being cut, what will be the result. It is a commercial film, whose look and feel are similar to that of a Hollywood movie. Its producer Mrs. Krishna sainanee has a high profile, a retired lady. This film has been made with the aim of spreading awareness among people to save water and trees, not to use plastic. If plastic is not stopped, half the world will be destroyed by 2065, this corona is just the beginning. Our immune system is running out. Today, the age of people has come down to 55-60.

This film is being screened not only in India but in the whole world, such countries are getting inspired by this film which can see this truth today. The producer director has set the target of presenting this film in 60 countries around the world. The film is produced by Mrs. Krishna sainanee, who has been Senior Executive Marketing Officer of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Mumbai. At the same time, the director of the film Bharat Shripat Sunanda has been awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Golden Camera Award 2020. Their understanding and passion to do something for the country is visible through this film. He has tried to keep this film in front of the whole world. Ravi Bhatia, Ranjit Shashikant, actress Ghada Lajmi are notable in the cast of this film, as well as child artist Parshv Nanda has also done a great job. This film is going to make people think. The film is presented by Trishul Film Company and Prakash Sarjerao Sadavarte. Deepti Bansode is the co-producer of this film.
